In addition, we assume no liability of any media (i.e., Harddrive's, laser disks, USB drives, etc.), data or software programs on any electronic device(s) that for repair, upgrade or installation.  I understand I am responsible for backing up copies of all data and software programs on my computer or electronic device(s) before my computer or electronic device(s) goes into repair or being worked on.  There is a small but inherent risk that data, hardware or software programs left on the computer system or electronic device(s) may be damaged or lost despite taking all reasonable precautions and Live Mobile Technology Inc. will not be liable for this risk.
