Qualifications

• Proficient in virus cleaning techniques (Will train)
• Proficient in hardware diagnosis and repair (Will train)
• Proficient in all current Windows Operating System installations (Will train)
  
• Proficient in Apple Mac and Mobile Devices (Will train)

Duties

• Open Store
• Close Store
• Walk-In Sales
• Phone-In Sales
• Email/Voicemail Returns
• Customer Pickup
• Virus Cleaning
• Hardware Diagnosis & Repair
• Windows Installations
• Build custom desktop computers
• Outlook Migration and Configuration
• Create Invoices
• Support Our Clients over the phone/online

Help Desk Tech

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands on troubleshooting or help desk experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service skills (This is a must!)
• Proficient in virus cleaning techniques
• Proficient in hardware diagnosis and repair
• Proficient in all current Windows Operating System installations
