- Proficient in virus cleaning techniques (Will train)
- Proficient in hardware diagnosis and repair (Will train)
- Proficient in all current Windows Operating System installations (Will train)
- Proficient in Apple Mac and Mobile Devices (Will train)
Duties
- Open Store
- Close Store
- Walk-In Sales
- Phone-In Sales
- Email/Voicemail Returns
- Customer Pickup
- Virus Cleaning
- Hardware Diagnosis & Repair
- Windows Installations
- Build custom desktop computers
- Outlook Migration and Configuration
- Create Invoices
- Support Our Clients over the phone/online
Help Desk Tech
Qualifications
- 1-2 years hands on troubleshooting or help desk experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills (This is a must!)
- Proficient in virus cleaning techniques
- Proficient in hardware diagnosis and repair
- Proficient in all current Windows Operating System installations
