Covid-19 - Corona Virus

For those affected by the Corona Virus,  We offer remote computing and onsite computer/security service to your office/home.

As you are well aware, Harris/Fort Bend County & the City of Houston has issued a Stay Home Work Safe order. Thankfully, LMT is an Essential Business related to the IT sector – keeping the technology of the business operational.  (https://www.cisa.gov/identifying-critical-infrastructure-during-covid-19) Particularly through a time where the vast majority of employees are not allowed to go into their work place, technology does allow us to bring work home in a virtual manner. Therefore, if you require a dispatch to a your office due to a critical systems outage, we are able to do so.  We’ll just need to coordinate access to your office space or your area of residence.  In the event of a computer/security system at home is not functional and we can’t remote into your computer/security system, and require a physical inspection, please coordinate with us so that you can bring your computer to the office or coordinate an onsite service. To reduce spreading of the unknown, we will need to wipe down the system prior to handling your computer/security system as well as to wipe down your computer/security system when it is serviced or picked up.
Our policies may change on a daily basis which depends on the findings of our state/local government and we’ll revisit our support strategies on April 3rd. If there are any updates along the way, we’ll make sure to send out notifications. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any reasons. We are definitely in this together and to get through this is to support each other.
